The repair to my hood and replacement of my camera is excellent.. the repair was done in a very timely manner and your customer service team was fantastic. The repair to my windshield. Is where I have the issue, whatever the substance they used to repair the chip is all over the windshield and won’t wash off or scrape off. I noticed it when I picked the car up but I just assumed that it would wash off. I’m not sure if there’s anything that can be done to clean it up or remove it. Please let me know if you have any thoughts on how to remedy this situation.

The hood repair and the camera repair are great. Customer service was excellent. The windshield repair, however was not great, there are several areas where there is residue that has been dripped and won’t come off. Also, my steering wheel is it quite aligned when I’m driving straight it’s off four or 5°. I’m assuming that is from the four wheel alignment. Could someone contact me at 615–5 66–1052 to see if I can get these issues resolved. Sorry for the delayed response I have been in Europe for the past week.
