I would highly recommend Caliber for excellent quality and wonderful staff. I had some extenuating circumstances, and they worked around my schedule and repaired my vehicle in a timely manner. Mark and Lisa were wonderful to work with. All the staff were extremely helpful, courteous and went above and beyond for a very welcoming and wonderful experience.

What a great, professional team of people. My vehicle was damaged in New York, prior to being driven down to Tennessee. I knew nothing about the local body shops, but my insurance company recommended Caliber. They went above and beyond, to assist me, from day one. They worked around my schedule, as I am taking care of my young granddaughters, while my daughter undergoes cancer treatments. From Mark and Lisa, to the guys who helped me move car seats from my vehicle to the loaner, and vice versa, everyone was wonderful and very caring. The repair, itself, could not have been any better. I would recommend them 100% to anyone needing their vehicle repaired

Mark was extremely helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. They quality of the repair was excellent. I couldn't believe how great it looked, it looks factory fresh. No sign that it was ever damaged. Will definitely recommend to others.
