Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Caleb did an excellent job during the initial estimate, clearly walking me through what would be done and setting realistic expectations. He explained that the estimate was based on visible damage and could increase once the vehicle was disassembled. I appreciated the transparency and am very pleased with the experience.

I’m struggling financially and haven’t yet picked up my car, so they’ve added storage charges. I used Caliber in Texas for YEARS; no one has ever mentioned storage fees!
