I called in with general questions and Melvin went above and beyond to explain to me the entire process. I felt comfortable taking my vehicle to caliber. When I arrived everyone was inviting. Steve handled my repair and throughout the whole process it was constant communication, which I wasnât receiving from my insurance company, so it put my mind at ease throughout the entire time. When my vehicle was finished it looked brand new. They explained the finest details to me, even going as far as to tell me hat they repaint the bumpers not just cover them up and patch the racing stripes. And on top of everything they cleaned my entire car (which wasnât dirty inside already) inside and out.

The only issue I had is that the front drivers window is sticking after the repairs like the rubber is restricting itâs movement but other then that they restored the car like it was brand new
