My whole experience with Caliber Collision was great and very smooth!!! The secretary was so pleasant and sweet. She kept me updated on my car every step of the way with text messages. What a seamless, painless experience. Mike and Amber are awesome. Kudos to the entire team! When you have an accident the immediate thought is poor service, rip off, padded estimates, etc. well, I eat my words! These people are a definite 10 in my book and I will refer anyone and everyone who may ask for a recommendation! PS. I’m am retired from the claim insurance business, did that for over 40 years with the last 7 as a claims manager for auto claims. I know my stuff and you do too!! Thank you!
