Staff was knowledgeable, communicative, friendly, timely, and efficient. I felt confident that their team would take good care of my vehicle and its repairs from the initial estimation appointment and the drop off appointment. They did a great job, even were able to return the car to me a week earlier than originally expected, and were honest as well as cost effective in their charges, too. Definitely recommend!

I felt like the repair took a lot longer than it needed to, and I felt like the communication was not as good as I would have liked. Finally, the estimated time came within a day, but there was a change in the date with less than 24 hours notice I had lined up a ride. I had lined up a rental and it was like they wanted their finger in every part of this, but they didn’t hold up their end of the bargain. As for the work, I wouldn’t know and only time will tell. While the work is guaranteed, it is problematic to the. issue.
