The scratch on the driver side was not fixed. I was told by the shop that it was approved by travelers which was not communicated to me

Paint work looks great my front wheel piece isn’t snapped in all the way l was told that he would send it to insurance company to get the factory piece approved for to fix it but the back wheel has the factory piece on it didn’t make since to me he also took pictures to send to insurance company
