Communication was subpar. While the texts were good, I should have been notified sooner that my vehicle wasn't going to be ready on 2/27. (See other comment, below.) Also, I dropped the car off on 2/3. I think it was weeks for them to get started on repairs. I should have been offered to keep my vehicle until parts came in, if that was the delay. No call.
