Overall experience with this location Caliber Collision only is great and outstanding customer service provided by Angela, Jose and Frank. We were greeted you professionally, kept us informed, and effectively dealt with the issues of our vehicle and also the had to bring it back the vehicle to repair issues. The cleanliness and inviting ambiance of the lobby area also contributed to a pleasant and professional experience especially after experiencing a traumatic accident . She greeted us warmly and made us feel valued as customers. Her professionalism and appreciated her efforts to keep us informed about the progress of our vehicle. The lobby area is plus, its cleanliness and creating a pleasant environment for us while we waited. Frank, the service writer, also greeted us well and effectively dealt with the issues of our vehicle even addressed our concerns after we brought it as well. He kept us informed throughout the process. Jose, the manager. He has successfully handled our previous vehicle in the past with his experience and greeted us well.

Frank was absolutely wonderful! He kept me updated throughout the whole process, was transparent about the services being received, and set realistic expectations. Also, I did not get the name of the lady who works the front desk, but she was lovely! Very kind and welcoming. 10/10 experience.
