The work came out great! Like any type of auto body work, the proof will be after some time has gone by and the items replaced and fixed are still holding up! Overall, I was very satisfied with the whole experience. One thing I would like to suggest is maybe just giving a high level update via phone call when a due date is pushed out. I was receiving the automated text updates which provided some detail but with the completion time taking a couple weeks longer than expected I would’ve liked a phone call just explaining the reasons for delay. I appreciate Frank and the team for taking care of my truck and keeping it looking brand new.
