My overall experience does not match the repairs that were done. There were a few minor issues I had with the work. Scratches were painted over and not really addressed correctly. The tailgate is not correctly aligned, and there is a paint bubble on left rear panel that will eventually chip away and reveal the steel and then rust.

Azalia was very friendly and helpful and professional in the office. Eric was clear and complete looking at the damage on my car. Everything looks great to me on the repair. One thing it was particularly helpful for me was that I was able to drop off the rental car to caliber, in order to make my time schedule. You guys did an all-around great job, thank you very much!
