Was charged a deductible when it was waived, or my vehicle not released. Was pushed to pickup on a Saturday when I said I was busy, and then credit card machines didn’t work to collect a deductible that was waived. Employee offered to accept cash and run his personal credit card on Monday instead of releasing vehicle without paying deductible that was already waived. Wasted my time and offered to uber me home because their credit card readers weren’t working to collect a deductible that was waived. Did I mention the deductible was waived? Horrible experience, made me late back to work.

My Caliber Collison experience was unbelievable! I have never had to experience the outcomes of being involved in an accident and the staff there were very understanding. They were very helpful with the process that I had to face and the team was knowledgeable and amazing! Top notch experience and if I ever (hopefully never) have to deal with bodywork again I will definitely be back.
