I appreciated the communication from David about the status of my cat while it was with Calibur Collision. He said the car would be cleaned inside and out. When I picked it up, it was so dusty on the inside and my driver side floor mat was covered in white chalky substance. I have to have it cleaned today.

The work done on my car was excellent, and I'm very happy with the repairs.However, the front desk person on the other hand was a whole different tone. Both when I dropped off my car and when I picked it up, I received the same unfriendly service. There was no greeting, no smile, and every interaction felt forced. She gave very short answers and came across as if she didn't want to be there. First impressions matter, and the front desk sets the tone for the entire customer experience. I hope management provides additional customer service training or considers placing someone in that role who genuinely enjoys interacting with customers, as it would better reflect the excellent work their technicians provide.
