David and Manny, were absolutely amazing. The work ethic is absolutely professional they go over and beyond. All employees say hello, good morning, did some one help you, I was offered coffee, the doors were opened for me, it may not seem like much but after worked a 12 hrs shift it means a lot. Good customer service. Reasonably frequent updates about delays. HOWEVER, the delays because of 3rd party vendor misakes/broken parts slowed the repairs significantly. Please change to more reliable parts vendors.

David Kim was very good at making sure everything was correct or noted as deficient. Although the service and repair took longer than I would have expected, Caliber and David were on top of all the details.
