I liked the way they updated how far the repair came along. I gave a 9 and not a 10 because the bumper they replaced is a cheap plastic. My original black bumper is a better quality.

My recent experience with Caliber Collision in Willow Glen was perfect. Everyone who I interacted with was professional, friendly and helpful. Clearly, these guys know what great customer service is all about. Regarding the vehicle repairs, again, everything was done pretty much perfectly. In fact, I was extremely impressed with the results of their work, and how they kept me updated throughout the entire process. My expectations were far exceeded in this case. Great customer service and professionalism, combined with repair work that was done with perfection - you can't go wrong with these guys. Highly recommended!

These guys did a great job, especially Manny the GM, who took his time showing me things with my car, and even gave me some new ideas to prevent my car from being stolen again. Everyone was friendly, professional and treated me like a VIP. No complaints here. This particular shop is legit, and their work on my car was spot on.
