I was quoted incorrectly and my insurance company had to correct your mistake. I’m owed a refund and as of yet no refund. I asked for a separate quote for the remaining repairs and I’ve received nothing. You screwed up and not even a sorry.

The whole team at Caliber were a pleasure to deal with. I arrived with the car 15min before closing on a Friday and David greeted me with enthusiasm and great customer service. There was a minor issue with the Lane Keep Assist function upon return of the vehicle, but I called David and he walked me through the steps to reset it. He even offered to come and meet me wherever the car was to fix the issue if I wasn't able to figure it out. Manny was also great. He gave me a ride to Enterprise so I didn't have to wait for the shuttle.
