I have used Caliber before and was very satisfied, so I had no issues with using them again. They do a wonderful job. My truck looks great and it doesn’t take them long. Their service is excellent from the time I drop the vehicle off. I can always reach them if I need to after the work is done. This was a seamless process. Amica recommended Caliber Collision as their preferred repair company. When I went to Caliber, I was immediately helped by Andrew. He looked at the damage and wrote up an estimate of work to be done and cost. When I was advised that the repairs are warranted for as long as I own the car, I proceed with Caliber. Also, Amica and Caliber coordinated the rental car form Enterprise. Also, I had an issue with my window closing. Andrew fixed at no charge by adjusting the track. The dealer wanted to run a diagnostic to determine the problem for $200. Thank you, Andrew!

The staff were so helpful, courteous and friendly. Maggie and Mikayla in the office handled my questions and concerns expertly. Andrew, my repair consultant, gave superior service--so knowledgeable, hardworking, experienced and helpful. He kept me updated about the repairs as they were taking place, and the final product turned out so nicely. I was very impressed with the repairs and will recommend the company to my friends. Hopefully, I won't need to use their services again, but if the need arises, I definitely will call on them.
