Estimator was not friendly to me. Barely said a word. Kept car for 9 days without giving me any idea of how long it would take. Had to call them to find out it was ready.

Matt was on top of communicating with me regarding the status of the job. It was a tricky insurance claim and he was very supportive and helpful with that aspect of it too. Front desk personnel were prompt and friendly.
