After being in a recent accident, I was extremely stressed, but from the moment I called, Nick was absolutely top-notch. He was professional, quick to help, and genuinely compassionate about what I had just been through. He scheduled my appointment for the very next day and made the entire drop-off process seamless. Nick went above and beyond! He arranged my rental car company to pick me up at the shop, kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle, and was there to personally greet me when I returned to pick it up. Throughout the entire process, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly reassuring. Because of the outstanding customer service I received from Nick, and the impeccable job the techs, artists really, did on my vehicle, I will 100% return to Caliber on Sherman Way in Winnetka, CA in the future. Nick and the entire team truly made a difficult situation so much easier.
