The staff at Caliber Collision Woodburn were friendly, responsive, and professional. They took my car on Christmas Eve and finished it New Year's Eve--I thought it would take much longer. In addition to the repairs, they detailed my car inside and out for free! They also handled the return of rental car, which was very helpful. The location is super convenient and the space is clean and welcoming. I would recommend their services to anyone in our region who needs automotive body repair. The repair looks good overall but there is a dent that wasn't fixed and there is a little paint glob that I don't recall being there before

The customer service was generally good. Clayton was friendly. The front desk made me wait every time I went in. They didn't seem to prioritize me even when there were no other customers there. Clayton said he would follow up with me on questions on the repair quality but he never contacted me. A major issue I had with the service is that a number of repairs weren't made because supposedly GEICO said they wouldn't cover it. No one informed me of this until after the repairs were complete. So my vehicle still has unrepaired damage. Someone should have told me about this so I could discuss with GEICO as this damage was indeed from the incident
