The drop-off and pick-up process was quick and easy. I especially appreciated that the rental car company came directly to the repair shop to collect the rental once my vehicle was ready. However, my experience with customer service, particularly with Trevor, was less satisfactory. I did not feel my concerns were fully addressed or that the vehicle was thoroughly inspected before being returned. I observed issues such as loose screws, unusual noises, and a misaligned trunk lid, which were often referred back to insurance rather than being resolved as part of the repair process. The repair follow up process took nearly two additional weeks due to scheduling and shop hours conflicts and required three separate visits, including a battery replacement on the third visit. These repeated visits were for issues that I believe should have been identified during the final inspection, especially given the nearly $4,000 in repairs. But, what ultimately improved the experience to 5 stars was Joe. On the third visit, he took the time to carefully inspect the vehicle, listened to my concerns, and ensured the remaining issues were properly resolved. I am now happy with the repairs after the three trips back, but I would not recommend this experience to others.

The car looked fantastic upon pick up. But minor repairs were missed. The hood was not aligned correctly and screws on the front bumper were not secured. The car made noises when the vehicle was in motion. I brought the car back and repairs were made immediately. But shortly after repairs the car went from noisy to stalling so the vehicle was brought back a second time and repair were immediately made again.

I spoke mostly with Trevor. He was very knowledgeable sweet and tried his best but didn’t really have answers to fixing my car issues which became a frustrating process so he referred me to Joe Hall. He was awesome, I worked 7am to 7pm and it was summer break for the kids so schedule follow up was really challenging and friendly because I didn’t understand why the car was making noises and I had no room I’m my schedule to drop the car off. I had to take off work to squeeze it in. Joe offered to come where ever the car was and even offered to leave the car with them while I was at work and pick it up after. (Star service in my book)

I am satisfied with caliber collision work they were fast they had a rental for me ready and and I got my car quick the only thing was that they didn't fix my windshield wipers motor my wife is stopped working on the day of the accident and I put that on the claim, but that's not caliber collision fault caliber told me I have to report that with my insurance and if they approve then they would fix it. Thank you caliber for the nice job you did on back bumper.
