This was my first experience with Caliber Collision and it was a very pleasurable one . I first met with Joe Hall and he looked at my vehicle and then e mailed me an estimate. I called to make an appt. and was able to drop off my truck the same day. When my truck was finished Joe came out to meet With me and went over the work that was completed. He just seems to be a genuine good guy. I also want to state that it was a pleasure dealing with the young lady that worked the front counter ( I apologize but forget her name ) she was very kind and had a great disposition.

Trevor was awesome!! He kept me informed and up to date the whole time they had my car! Before they did anything, he called me so I knew exactly what was wrong and what they were fixing! I got my car back a week before the scheduled date which I was very appreciative of! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!
