The service was excellent. Everything was explained completely by reaching out via phone calls and texts. Each step of the process was explained. I received a rental car and Caliber Collision took care of everything from getting the car to returning it! The damage to the car was repaired and my car was cleaned. My car looks like new! Trevor, the service man was the best part of the experience. He was professional and eased my mind throughout the entire process. He was backed up by an incredible team at Caliber Collision keeping me informed and a wonderful liaison between the State Farm Insurance and local Enterprise Rent-A-car team. The entire process could not have been better! My car was even returned a week earlier than I anticipated! I would heartily recommend Caliber Collusion to anyone needing repairs. Everything was PERFECT! State Farm processed the claim quickly and completely. When I arrived at Caliber Collision, the rental car was a quick phone call away. Enterprise arrived and explained everything and I was on my way. State Farm, Calier Collision, and enterprise worked as a well-oiled machine! The "Big Three" kept me informed via texts and phone calls in every step of the process. My Subaru Crosstrek is absolutely perfect! It is fixed, and cleaned better than when I left it! I couldn't be happier. Trevor, the man assigned my vehicle exceeded my expectations. He anticipated every concern before I could even ask.
