The work was not completed, the front bumper was reconditioned due to rock damage yet the damaged chrome kidney grills and accents were reinstalled giving a cheap appearance. There is a small chip fender, clear bra on the passenger side mirror was not replaced and it was damaged. The lack of attention to details in the repair process is disappointing to say the least. I am extremely dissatisfied not only by the repairs but the reasoning I was provided for why these items were over looked.

The staff is friendly but the quality of work and excuses for why they repairs took a week and half longer then estimated because they didn't have someone to buff my car is ridiculous.
