I didn't start out thinking my experience wIth Caliber was going to be a good one because my initial adjuster gave me misleading information. But in the end, they did a great job and the detailed cleaning inside and out was an unexpected plus! One thing that needs to be fixed in your system is the descrepancy between the information your automated system gives and what your adjusters give. Other than that, the quality of the work done overshadowed anything else.

The automated updates were not in sync with the actual repairs. The messages continued to indicate a pre holiday completion from which we made plans. The repairs then took an extra week. Quality was exceptional though. Still very satisfied.
