From the moment i came in the door , i had experienced complete friendliness with my name written on the blackboard welcoming me to the popcorn and coffee as i waited, which i will add was only minutes. To the professional staff, including my driver. My car looks amazing!!!!! Priscilla kept me updated with phone calls and text messages, and my car when done in a very timely matter. My side skirt was attached before I dropped the car off. Dont know why it was taken off in the first place.It was not part of the repair. Now the side skirt is hangs with a couple tabs. When i was sent the photos you can see they broke the tabs and didnt replace them. Take responsibility for it if you remove it. All i got was excuses and was told i would be sent a quote to reattach it. Makes zero sense. Yes the unibody is damage but once again it was attached when we dropped it off.
