Amber was very helpful as my husband is in a wheel chair and I had just broken my arm. Appreciated their consideration and efforts to find a suitable rental for our needs. The car was repaired as promised, washed and ready to go. Looks good. Rental car company could have at least washed their windows. Only complaint we had. Not really Calibre's issue..but they should receive better service from their provider

The button on my door handle wasn’t working at first, after restarting my car a few times it began to work. The paint job was amazing and overall service on my vehicle was done very quickly. The communication line was very fast and effective.
