I brought my car in to caliber collision in Woodridge for back bumper repair, and a new rear parking sensor from an accident where I was rear-ended. To make a long story short, they returned the car to me completely undrivable. When I told them all of my dashboard lights were on and I could not drive the car they said it must have been a problem with your battery. However, the car would not hold a charge and I had to have it towed off of the property. Caliber collision gave no further explanation to why they were giving the car back to me on drivable when it drove in under its own power running perfectly fine. Upon inspection, it cracked coolant line and a burned out alternator was discovered. It’s highly unlikely that the alternator failed on its own considering it was only about one year old. Thanks caliber collision for your attention to this matter.

I brought my car in for repairs to caliber collision in Woodridge as they were recommended by Allstate. They were supposed to replace my rear bumper and one parking sensor. They replaced the back bumper, but did not replace the parking sensor. Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle, it would not run and every light on the dashboard was on and I had to have it towed off the property because caliber collision would take no responsibility for anything. This is beyond unacceptable and I will be filing a claim against their insurance for the damage.
