Bri (sp?) delivered nothing but stellar customer service at reception and on the phone. Ely was there for me when literally nobody else was, making sure I got my car on a Saturday rather than Monday. This is the second time they’ve helped me this summer. The first time, they appeared at the top of the other guy’s insurance company’s list. The second time, they topped my own personal list! The third time, the fourth time, the fifth time… I’ll come back again and again, whenever necessary.

The front bumper should have been replaced from the start but the insurance didn't want to cover it. We tried with the old bu.per but it's not holding in place so we have to get a new bumper anyway. Causing more delay than needed. Not body shop's error.

The office was very efficient. Very little wait time once I arrived and also when I picked up. Good communication on progress. I also appreciate the lifetime warranty on all work completed. It’s our second time working with Caliber. Great company.
