The Repairs is decent. The newly installed Trunk Interior Door was left filthy with Dirt. I was under the impression that area would be detailed. Also my Tint in my back window was removed.

Timely, efficient. I also like that they have a conjoint agreement with the rental agency in which my rental car was able to show up directly at my appointment time. This eliminated the need to travel to the rental agency and also allowed both car drop-off and rental car pick-up to happen simultaneously.

To be fair, the existing condition of the truck was extremely poor to begin with. The paint was inconsistent ranging from seeing through to primer as well as some spots bleeding from too much spray. New parts were installed with miscellaneous, non-oe clips and hardware as well as multiple missing clips. The front bumper was installed improperly in conjunction with the front valence. The front skid plate was left loose with hardware hanging out by the threads. It was claimed that an alignment was done when there was not (I have proof of no change from torque paint applied to the alignment hardware). The new front wheel was poorly balanced causing shaking. Looks as if some minor parts were either overlooked or neglected to be replaced/ repaired in an effort to cut corners and save cost.
