Didn’t have a super great experience honestly. They told me my car was being finished up and got a call saying they don’t have the right part.. they had my car for a month and realized the DAY I was supposed to get it back that they didn’t have a correct part??? Luckily they pulled the correct part out of thin air somehow but it was very frustrating and no compensation was given !!!

Hats off to Dakota, our agent, who kept me informed regularly through the process and was very easy to work with. The vehicle was delivered three days ahead of schedule. Outside bodywork looks amazing (Haven’t driven it since repair to access if it is mechanically sound like it was before accident). Overall, very happy with service, workmanship, and treatment during this process :)
