Everyone was very friendly and willing to get me in and out. I would say that both times i arrived just before 8 the lights in the customer area were still off, even with employees inside. Makes it appear they are not open.

The receptionist was pleasant and easy to work with. She went over the top to get in contact with the rental car company for me and was willing to walk me through paperwork that my insurance should have notified me about prior to coming in. Vincent was also nice and helpful when going through the estimation process. Car was also returned to me in a timely manner and the front bumper looked good as new. I recommend Caliber Collision to anyone looking for some body work.

The repair was good, for the most part. I can no longer see the damage from the accident, but the rest of the bumper could use some more buffing after it was re-painted.
