The staff was really nice. Gabe kept me informed of the progress of my car with weekly phone calls. The bumper is slightly misaligned on the passenger side but it's only noticeable to me because I was specifically looking at the repair job. On the day my car was finished I got calls and notifications from Enterprise telling me my car was ready and I needed to return my rental. I had not heard from Caliber, so after the 2nd text message from Enterprise, I called Caliber to confirm that my car was indeed ready; just a little oversight on their end I guess. Other than those two things, I'm satisfied with my repair and the service from caliber.
