My car was in the shop for 9 days longer than the original quote because they ordered the wrong part and I kept having to call to check on the status of my car. I even had to get a second rental car because I had returned my first one. Caliber Collision did reimburse my second rental car, but it was still a pain to wait an extra week and a half.

Very helpful and professional. The service was great. I had used another repair shop 9 years ago in Wooster and that repair shop did not provide the level of communication, service and care that Caliber Collision provided me.
