Not a positive experience. Unless that drastically is changed, I will not encourage anyone to go to Caliber and if they do go, I will inform them to ask questions and follow up everyday to make sure what they are told is getting done.

Lady at the front desk was great but that was about it. Leif was our service manager and told us that he would work with Allstate to make sure all of our fixes got approved and that he would explain to them the marks that they didn't see in the original quote. He did none of the sorts and just didn't do the rest of the repairs that they "denied" . Never once contacting us to let us know that parts didn't get "approved" so when we picked up the vehicle there was still areas not fixed. And important areas that would have been much easier to fix when the bumper and everything was already off. After he explained that it wasnt approved by Allstate because it wasn't in the facts of loss, I called the Allstate adjuster that he directly spoke with and the adjuster stated that Leif never once mentioned the marks on the other side of the car. He never had them even take a look at it so there never actually was a denial, he just never asked about it and then put the car back together and left us with a half fixed car that still has exposed sheet metal showing from the accident. The adjuster went back to look at the photos and then saw the mark and stated that he would have for sure added that to the list of fixes needed. There were multiple steps in this process that could have been handled way better and it personally feels like we were lied to about the level of service that Caliber was actually going to offer. Had we known any of the information before they put the car back together, we could have gotten it all fixed at one time but now we are stuck with a half fixed car and feeling like we got scammed out of a full repair.
