Caliber had constant communication with me throughout the service of my vehicle. On the day of pick up, there was another complication, and they handled it very professionally by paying for my rental car for an additional day, while they had to service my car again. I was very pleased with the service, communication, and kindness of all of the staff.

The customer service at this location was very good! Like mentioned there was constant communication about the process of my vehicle being serviced with weekly updates. The service worker that I worked with was very nice and dealt with all of the issues very professionally. I would 100% recommend working with this location.
