I wasn’t aware that the work is farmed out to others. If I was picking my own repair shop, I’d seek somewhere with on-site expertise to fix the issues.

There are times when mobility is difficult. They helped me inside and to gather the items from my car I needed to take with me. Also, when I was stranded and needed to pick up my rental car they helped me find transportation.

My wife’s car looks great again! Communication was good through the whole process. My only complaint (this one’s for corporate) it seems the back lot must be gravel instead of being paved. All of our tires were coated in mud and upon leaving, all of the mud was slung onto the paint. I immediately had to go wash it off our freshly repaired car. Consider paving the lot so the presentation of the quality of work is highlighted rather than taking away from being driven through mud.

We had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision while getting our Equinox repaired. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. They did an amazing job on the repairs — the Equinox looks great again, and the work was completed with attention to detail and care. What really stood out was their customer service and communication. We honestly thought we were probably calling them too much checking on updates, but it never seemed to bother them one bit — if anything, they made us feel like they wanted us to call as much as possible! They were always patient, helpful, and happy to answer any questions we had. They made a stressful situation much easier and treated us with honesty and respect the whole time. We truly appreciate the quality work they provided and would highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs or body work done on their vehicle.
