I have recently heard a noise coming from my car after the repair. The noise was not there before the accident and the repair. Unfortunately due to my work schedule I haven’t been able to bring my car for a check: I would say that the interior of my car looks good. The lights are slightly a different shade but function well.

Everyone was nice especially James and the front desk person. James went above and beyond in a very big way for us. We were very concerned because of our daughter's wedding on the day our car was done and he stayed late for us. That was pretty amazing, not to mention that he is a pretty awesome person! Easy to talk to and explained so many things to me very well. Thank you so much James and Caliber Collision. We will be back if we need it!!! Karen :-)

Super happy with nearly everything. Beck was amazing - keeping me informed every step of the way. Gold star employee! Also, I think his name was Jim (?), but he helped me get my damaged car in working order before insurance approved by claim and before I technically became a customer. So very grateful for that! The only thing I *wish* was offered was a loaner vehicle for when my car was being repaired. Otherwise, I'm very happy and would definitely recommend to others.
