Pretty positive overall besides repair timeline; I think clearer upfront expectations about delivery date and a more conservative estimate to account for unexpected delays would be easier to plan around as opposed to multiple delays

The service and communication were great! (After the original booking, they did fine but it felt pretty impersonal). My car was returned to me in better condition than before the damage. I really appreciated the extra mile of cleaning it inside and out! Felt really great, like I had a new car! My only comment for improvement would be to standardize a process for folks who need to drop after hours. Having the booking folks know how to handle it and a system that will make digital paperwork a little more seamless
