I am satisfied with the work done. Truck was late getting done because of trying to use recycled bumpers and an aftermarket one. Finally got an aftermarket one that wasn’t bent. Seemed like a lot of time wasted. I had to pay for the extra days on the rent a car.

I am happy with the quality of the work done. The thing that bothered me was that it took 4 times to get one bumper. They ordered a bumper from a salvage yard and they weren't happy with the way it looked. I appreciate that . They then ordered an aftermarket bumper and it didn't fit. Finally after ordering a fourth bumper they got one that fit. I understand that the insurance company wants to save money, but it seemed like a lot of time was wasted in doing this. I had to pay extra on the rent a car because it was late getting done by a week.

There were a few quality issues with the paint which made it past their inspection. I discovered them on site during pickup. They fixed them expeditiously without hesitation. One point off for the issue, but still 9/10 for proper handling of the mistake.
