The employees were very professional and personable. I was given an appointment and they were ready to access the damage right away. Office staff was great as well. They communicated with me the entire time through text. My car was ready on time and the repair looked great. I opened my car door to get in and the entire inside of my car had been cleaned…right down to the floor mats. It looked great. I was so impressed. I have another car scheduled for a small repair at their shop. Extremely satisfied.

Extremely satisfied with Caliber Collision from the first phone call thru to the completed car repair. Everyone was great to work with and Jenna provided weekly calls as well as texts about the progress of my repair. The handles all of the insurance information/paperwork as well. My repair was completed weeks before the estimated time and I have already told several people about the wonderful experience I had with Caliber Collision. If ever needed in the future, I will be back!
