This is the 2nd car we have taken to Caliber for repairs. They do an excellent job everytime. Pay attention to detail. Communicate well. And go above and beyond by detailing your car at the end of repair. Jenna is an absolute joy to work with and had me laughing the whole time. Understanding and want to make sure you are happy with the whole process.

Always polite and kept me informed. Due to a safety part coming in for my car it was much delayed and I was updated every Wednesday. The delay is the only thing that I was dissatisfied with and that was not on the part of caliber. Overall good experience.
