Because the repairs took longer than expected (parts availability) the regular update calls from Tom Taylor were much appreciated, especially since the generic text messages were pretty much worthless.

I brought my car to you guys for the driverside to be fixed. when receiving my car after it being “fixed” i have notice parts on the opposite side of the car missing, the driverside front door speakers doesn’t won’t, the driverside front door tweeter is not functioning as it’s suppose to. the is a gap inbetween the weatherstripping and door jam so water is leaking through. when trying to open the door from the inside sometimes, you have to pull the handle more than once for it to unlatch. and finally it sounds as if the motor to the front driverside window is about to die

Caliber is an excellent place for getting your car repaired. I'm from NY and moving to MI. I am so impressed with EVERYONE who helped me get my car repaired. Caliber went above and beyond to repair of chevy suburban. They communicated through out the whole process with me and got my vehicle completed before it was expected. On pick up they did a completely walk through and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Bonus all the work has a life time warranty on it. They also washed and detailed my vehicle for me. Will definitely recommend Caliber to my friends and family and use them again for any future autobody repairs I might need!
