I kindly asked the front desk to contact me regarding all repair updates instead of my mother (Cheryl Doerr) who is listed on my insurance. However, the contact was never changed, I asked 3 times total for this to be done and I was promised all three times that it would get taken care of. Even now, this review is saying Cheryl Doerr as the Nissan owner when she is not. Secondly, I was told the repairs would take 7 business days. I understand this does not include weekends, but it took much longer. This would have been completely understandable had I been receiving updates about my car repairs, but I was not. I had made plans to pick up and drop off my rental car on 2 separate occasions with the rental company that I had to cancel because my mother was notified only a couple of hours before caliber closed that day that my car would not be ready on time. If I would have been told even the day prior so I could have planned with the rental company and adjusted my schedule this would not have mattered. This happened on both the 10th and 13th of April. This not only threw off my schedule completely on both days, but I was subsequently charged more for the rental car. The repairs done look good, but the customer communication was poor at best.

I was obviously very frustrated and disappointed with the initial damage on my truck. I was afraid the damage would always be visible and it would ruin the experience of having a newer truck. I genuinely can't tell the damage even happened to the truck. Everyone involved lead to an amazing result and I am very thankful for their help

The entire process went completely smooth. I believe this was a five star out of five star experience in comparison to the previous Jeep cuter Chrysler collision shop I went to I received continuous repair updates and very detailed communication from my representative Becc I appreciate the collaboration between the collision shop repairing my vehicle. Great experience, you guys were so easy to work with. You got my car in quickly, making an effort to coordinate with my travel schedule.
