Excellent work. They were able to complete the repair months before other shops. I also loved that they kept me informed of the progress via text messages. No one likes to get into fender benders but working with Caliber Collision was a good experience.

Excellent service. The person who did the estimate (Danielle?) was nice, personable, and professional. They gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car and kept me in the loop while my car was being repaired. Great work!

This was the best repair experience we have ever had. The folks who work here are very conscientious about making sure you know the progress of your vehicle. The 3x weekly updates were incredible to get.

I was amazed at the amount of detail they considered during the repair. There was an experience where they did not like the work an outside shop had done, so they sent it back to ensure that the work was done to their high quality standard. After using several of the shops in town, we will only be going to this shop from now on. The ladies at the front desk could not have been any more informative, helpful, or understanding. They definitely deserve this ten rating.

First of all your staff is amazing! I was kept up-to-date daily on the progress of my bronco. My bronco was actually completed five days early which was amazing considering that it’s very difficult to get the bronco top after receiving my truck I was led around the truck, showing all the wonderful work that you did, I highly recommend your staff on Carpenter Road. They were amazing! It was the best experience I’ve ever had.
