At the checkout, the staff used an old estimate and asked us for paying deductable which is confusing as the insurance company has been clear that we are not responsible for anything because it was not our fault. The staff should use the updated and finalized estimate not the previous version.

The repair seems fine however when I picked up the car it had no gas, key fobs were not programmed, and one tire had low air. The final inspection either wasn’t done at all, or they didn’t not do a thorough job.

I picked up my car and the gas tank was empty, key fobs were not programmed, and one tire was low and needed to be patched. While I went elsewhere to have the tire fixed, I did later notify them of what happened and they did not address that issue or apologize
