The estimate for fixing the top cost was too much. While getting the estimate . I were told they have to take out the sunroof, take off the luggage racks. Which they did not have to So I should have got adjustments. I also got a feeling that the way you guys take advantage of making up pricing. Shawn did not do the estimate.I can only describe the guy that did the estimate he is a white male with a beard and wear glasses. I will not come back ever again. You guys can't be fare to customers in order to get them to come back. Especially while you paying out of pocket. My only reason for choosing you ,you guys did a good job on my 2018 Camry.

They were very professional and provided good service. However, when it came time to pay, I was not informed about the $15 service fee for using a credit card. After the card was processed, I learned that there was no additional fee if payment was made with a debit card. I wish this had been explained beforehand so I could have chosen the payment option that worked best for me.
