the repair quality was great. but they must have dropped my alarm peice on my key chain and broke it, now im not able to lock my car. and as of now my alarm is going off and i have nothing to turn it off with,. so im very upset my alarm is going off and i cant do anything. i called friday to let car craft know they say they would talk to their boss and get back to me. i haven't heard from no one so i will be calling first thing in morning, hopefully to get this matter resolved
