Denise was amazing. I believe that was her name. She told me that my car would probably be totaled and I wasn’t having that I still owed $17,000 on my car and only owned it for six months, and was the car that I bought after my equinox was hit last year. My caris an older car but in amazing condition with low miles, I explained to her my situation and she said she would have to try to cut down the cost and she would try to save it I was a nervous wreck about it the whole time my car was gone at the shop, but they kept me informed of each step of the repair process and they got it fixed and did a fantastic job at that. You would never know that my car was hit! They were very proud of the job that they did and I was really taken back by the fact that they act like they really cared about my situation. I was astounded at the Customer Service at the Bridgeton location. I will forever use them only going forward and make sure all my family and friends know about them! everyone at that location deserves a raise and I’m not kidding!

They did not fix my mirror all the way and when I pick my car up it had a dent in the trunk and paint from another car, they clearly can not drive and backed it in to something but after them already having my car for a week just to fix a small dent I just wanted my car back.

pick up my truck today and some everything wrong with it entire front right tie is got a bit broken. It make noise when you're driving and you need a wheel. Alignment You need to go to the dealer because they don't know what to do. Regardless truck with dimly, they told me it was ready. Somebody and drove it, but it wasn't ready.
