The service was very unprofessional. They did not repair the the car the correct way had to take it to another shop.

The receptionist when I asked the questions she gave me a runaround. She showed me no respect when I called the other day to talk with her. She totally disrespected me. This whole ordeal was one of the worse situations I have ever had in my life being on this earth for 70 years, I’ve had other luxury cars that have accidents. Your company gave me the runaround never was truthful with me about anything nothing added up. The insurance company said one thing in your company said another thing nothing added up.
